Permit connection to LoiLo Server
LoiLoNote School is a cloud-based service.
In order for our service to work correctly, specific web filtering settings must be applied.

Add users to the LoiLo Server
To use LoiLoNote School, please add "Teacher" and "Student" users in advance.
For Municipality Administrator
The municipality administrator account can access user management, including bulk registration of teachers and students from each school in the municipality.
For School Administrators
Add new users directly in LoiLoNote School, ensuring each teacher and student is registered.
If using Google or Microsoft accounts, assign these accounts to teachers and students for seamless integration.
Set up a Municipality Shared Folder
What is a Municipal Shared Folder?
It is a Material Box that allows data to be shared among multiple schools in a municipality.
Materials can be distributed throughout the municipality, and data can be shared across schools.

Set the scope and editing permissions for the Municipal Shared Folder
Please set the scope and editing permissions for the Municipal Shared Folder.
Permission setting by the municipality administrator is required to allow each teacher to upload files to the Municipal Shared Folder.

To facilitate the use of the Web Card feature, please install this extension on your browser.

Set up Web Filters
To enable the LoiLo web filter on Chrome, please log in to the Google console management backend and follow the steps below to install the Chrome extension. Note that the filter extension will only apply to the Chrome browser, and you should set it to prohibit the use of other browsers.

In order to get the most out of the app, please make sure to set it to be automatically updated to the latest version.
